Warranty:
All Purr Nook product's metal, and wood components come with 1 year warranty. If you experience any metal, and wood components functional defects within 1 year of receiving your product, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Other fabric/scratching mats /lighting components come with 90 days warranty. If you experience any fabric/scratching mats /lighting components functional defects within 90 days of receiving your product, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Proof of defect in the form of photos and/or videos may be required. The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear. The product should only be used as indoor furniture and should not be placed outdoors as this can lead to problems such as mold or cracking, which cannot be warranted due to improper use.
Purr Nook has the right to decide on a solution but will not necessarily replace the entire unit.
How to return or refund:
Because PURR NOOK's Jellyfish Cat Tree series products are large items, it is very inconvenient to return them for disassembly and handling, and the return shipping fee is too expensive, so PURR NOOK recommends that you do not need to return or exchange unless necessary.
It is important to check your order upon receiving, please check whether it is intact. For any damaged, defective or wrongly shipped items, PURR NOOK will send a new part or refund (including shipping costs). If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance. (Please attach a picture or video of the item showing its original packaging and damaged parts).
