● Free Shipping Countries

We offer free standard shipping to the following countries: United States, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia.

 

Free shipping does not include remote areas, overseas territories, or military addresses.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain U.S. territories.

Deliveries to remote locations may incur a small surcharge.

 

● Countries with Partial Shipping Fee

A small shipping fee applies to orders shipped to Canada, the United Kingdom, most European Union countries, Japan, and the Philippines. The exact shipping cost varies depending on the destination country and region.

Note: For remote areas, an additional remote area surcharge may apply.

 

● Other International Orders

For all other destinations, international shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and items ordered.

Shipping fees exclude import duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Fabric Replacement Parts

Shipping Fees

For fabric replacement parts, a small shipping fee applies to all countries and regions based on the order value.

Free shipping is available for orders over $75 (one-time purchase).

 

Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes are imposed by local governments and are paid by the customer.

Purr Nook is not responsible for customs procedures, import duties, or local taxes applied upon delivery.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Pre-order or out-of-stock items usually take 8–10 weeks to ship, depending on the product and estimated restock time.

 

Shipping Address Changes

● Before Shipment: You may contact us to update your shipping address free of charge.

● After Shipment: Any address changes while the package is in transit will incur an address correction fee.

Please note: Common issues such as incorrect postal codes, missing apartment or unit numbers may also result in additional fees. Extra shipping charges may apply depending on the updated address. Please ensure all address details are complete and accurate.

 

Shipping Time for Cat Trees

Due to our strong commitment to product quality, and the large size and weight of PURR NOOK cat trees, most orders are shipped via sea freight, which may require longer delivery times. However, we guarantee that the wait is worth it.

Shipping Time for Fabric Replacement Parts

In most cases, fabric replacement parts are shipped by air. Delivery time is approximately 15–20 days for all countries.

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders of $59 USD or more.

● Orders under $59 USD are charged a flat shipping fee per order.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and other taxes are determined by your local customs authorities and vary by country.

Processing Time

Every Memspell frame is handcrafted and made to order.

● Production Time: Up to 7 business days

● Production begins after your order has been confirmed.

● Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen production delays.

Shipping Address Changes

After Shipment

If you request a delivery address change after your order has been shipped, the shipping carrier may charge an address correction fee, which will be the customer's responsibility.
