45-Day Risk-Free Trial (Returns)

Free returns are available within the continental United States.

If you or your cat are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.

We want to make things right — please contact us at with a detailed description of the issue (photos are highly recommended to help speed up the process), and our team will work with you to find a solution.

If you still wish to return the item, please let us know and we will send you a prepaid return label. Simply repack the item (preferably in the original packaging), attach the label, and drop it off at your local FedEx or USPS location.

Once your return is received and inspected, your full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Unless otherwise approved, returns will not be accepted after 45 days from the delivery date.

 

Warranty Policy

All PURR NOOK products come with a 1-year warranty covering functional defects.

If you experience any issues within one year of receiving your order, please contact us at with a detailed description of the problem. Please include photos and/or videos showing the defect to help us process your request faster.

Warranty Does Not Cover

●  Normal wear and tear.

●  Outdoor use. All products are designed for indoor use only. Exposure to outdoor conditions may cause natural wood materials to crack, warp, or develop mold.

●  Damage or instability caused by exceeding the stated weight limit of the product.

PURR NOOK reserves the right to determine the appropriate solution, which may not necessarily include replacing the entire product.

 

Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy

Due to shipping carrier policies, please unpack and inspect your order within 5 days of delivery.

If the outer packaging appears severely damaged upon arrival, please take photos immediately before opening the package and inspect the contents carefully.

For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, PURR NOOK will provide replacement parts or a refund (including shipping costs when applicable).

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact directly for assistance. To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

●  Photos or videos of the issue

●  Images of the original packaging

●  Photos showing the damaged area

 

After-Sales Solutions

1. Missing Parts (Within 5 Days of Delivery)

If you discover missing parts within 5 days after receiving your order, we will send replacement parts free of charge.

 

2. Damaged Parts (Within 5 Days of Delivery)

If you discover damaged parts within 5 days after delivery, we will send replacement parts free of charge.

 

3. Incorrect Item Received

If You Choose to Keep the Incorrect Item

●  If the incorrect item is valued higher than the item you originally purchased:

○  If the price difference is within $20, no additional payment is required.

○  If the difference exceeds $20, you only pay the amount exceeding $20.

●  If the incorrect item is valued lower than the item you originally purchased:

○  We will refund the price difference.

○  You will also receive a $10 coupon as compensation.

If You Do Not Wish to Keep the Incorrect Item

You may return the item for a full refund, including return shipping costs, and we will also provide a $10 coupon as compensation.

Important:

You must keep the original packaging and ensure all accessories are included. The item must be returned to the address provided by our support team; otherwise, a refund may not be issued.

4. Wrong Color, Size, or Style Ordered by Customer

If you accidentally selected the wrong color, size, or style when placing your order:

●  Please keep all original packaging whenever possible and ensure all accessories are included.

●  The item may be exchanged if it is returned in resellable condition to the address provided by our support team.

●  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

●  If the returned product or packaging is damaged, or requires repackaging, PURR NOOK reserves the right to deduct related costs from the refund or exchange value.

 

Additional Notes

●  The 45-Day Risk-Free Trial applies only to orders within the continental United States. The 45-day return period begins on the delivery date.

●  All DIY custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

●  Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

●  PURR NOOK is not responsible for the condition of the original packaging upon delivery. If the original packaging cannot be reused for a return, the customer is responsible for providing replacement packaging.

●  PURR NOOK reserves the right to refuse any refund request deemed inappropriate. If the product is damaged during the return process, repair costs may be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund amount.
