Processing time:  

All orders are processed and will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and back ordered items) after receiving your order confirmation email, depending on the time of day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Due to our unwavering commitment to quality, shipping may take a little longer but we promise, it's worth the wait.

Standard Shipping: 3545 days

You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via text message and/or email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 35 days for processing time before tracking your package. You could also contact us via email for help.

Pre-order Policy: 

The Pre-order Item ships within 30 days.

All US Pre-order Items will take 1-3 months to arrive.

Tracking & Order Status:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We kindly remind you that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. Duties and Taxes:

Import taxes are implemented by your local government to mostly (but not only) protect your local economy and regulate international trade. 

Clearing customs and paying import taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. Purr Nook cannot be held responsible for customs procedures or if taxes of any kind are charged to you upon delivery of your purchase.

Please bear in mind that import taxes differ from shipping costs added to your order before you confirm your purchase. Import taxes do not go to Purr Nook and are usually collected by the carrier on behalf of your local customs authorities.

Please be advised that all international shipments undergoing customs clearance may experience delay sand the length of such delays will depend solely on the customs clearance procedures. Purr Nook is not responsible for delays due to customs.
