Exactly as expected
We recently got the Jellyfish Cat Tree for our three cats, and they are slowly exploring it—bottom perches first, then working their way up. The tree fits perfectly in our space and blends well with our decor. The umbrella part can be a little tricky to keep round depending on the angle, but it’s not a major issue. Our cats prefer jumping from wherever they are rather than using the perches in order, which is fun to watch! The scratch pads are a great bonus. Overall, it’s sturdy, stylish, and adds variety to their nightly play sessions. Highly recommend!
The packaging arrived in perfect condition, and assembly was very easy. My cats and I absolutely love this cat tree — they are always playing and napping on it! The only minor issue is that when I washed the cushion, the inner foam became slightly curled. Customer service advised me to wait until it fully dries and then try reshaping it. I’ve noticed that damp foam has more friction, so I hope this method will work. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product.

I’m not sure when the base was changed from round to square, but I have to say it definitely makes the structure feel more stable. Overall, it still looks very beautiful with a great sense of design.
